What we collect

When you book an appointment or send a message we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and notes, plus the date and time you choose. Our server also records basic technical information (IP address and browser type) to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and perform your service, and keep a record of your appointment. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a security cookie for staff who sign in to our admin area. The interactive map is loaded from Google Maps only when you choose to show it, and our fonts are served by Google Fonts; those services receive your IP address as part of delivering their content.

Third-party links

Links to financing providers, Intoxalock, Google, Yelp and social networks take you to websites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply.

Retention & security

Appointment and message records are stored on our secured server and kept as long as needed for customer service and our business records. Access is limited to authorized staff.
